How many feet are in a meter?

One meter is 3.28084 feet (exactly 1 ÷ 0.3048). To convert meters to feet, divide by 0.3048 or multiply by about 3.28084.

How do I convert inches to centimeters?

Multiply inches by 2.54. This is an exact definition, so 12 inches is exactly 30.48 cm.

How many kilometers are in a mile?

One statute mile is exactly 1.609344 km, so 10 km is about 6.2137 miles.

What is a nautical mile?
