Frequently asked questions

Does the converter keep my formatting?

No. It converts the text content only. Fonts, layout, images and tables are not preserved, so it suits text-heavy documents rather than designed layouts.

Can it convert scanned PDFs to Word?

No. Scanned PDFs are images of text, and the converter does not perform OCR, so the output would be empty or incomplete.

What is the maximum file size?

10 MB per file. Supported inputs are PDF, DOCX, DOC and TXT.

Is my document uploaded?

Yes. Conversion runs on our server, and the converted file is saved there so you can download it. Do not upload confidential documents.
